Commercial education or a comparable qualification 3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, or a similar customer-facing commercial environment Strong customer focus and communication skills, combined with a proactive, organized, and results-oriented approach Excellent organizational, analytical, and administrative skills,
with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems and familiarity with digital business processes Fluent Italian and English language skills; German is a strong asset Your responsibilities Manage and develop existing customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and implement customer- and market-specific growth initiatives.
Take ownership of assigned Inside Sales accounts and contribute to revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads and business opportunities, while supporting customer projects throughout the sales cycle from quotation preparation to contract execution and after-sales support. Collaborate closely with Field Sales Managers and Regional Leadership to drive business growth and deliver customer-focused solutions.
