DWS Group is seeking a Marketing Manager Public Distribution – EMEA South to lead regional marketing for Xtrackers ETFs, based in Milan or Frankfurt.
The role focuses on digital campaigns, content creation, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product and Compliance to drive AUM growth.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in financial marketing, strong ETF knowledge, and fluency in Italian and English.
Travel and a hybrid work model are expected components of the role.
