Job Description

The HR Recruiter will join the HR Department of Anton Paar Italy and, working alongside the HR team, will support the recruitment process.

Key responsibilities include:

- Publishing job advertisements on the company website;
- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter;
- Managing applications within the internal ATS (Applicant Tracking System);
- Conducting screening interviews;
- Preparing and maintaining recruitment reports and documentation to support the selection process.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Humanities, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields;




- Previous experience in Recruiting will be considered a plus;
- English language proficiency at B1 level or above;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
