Salary: €1,262.33 gross/month (12-month schedule) for Local Residents OR €1,059.00 gross/month (12-month schedule) + Company-provided shared apartment with utilities & flight reimbursement for Relocation candidates

Location: On-site (Lisbon, Portugal)

Hours: 40 hours per week (24/7 rotating 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week)

Languages Required: Fluent Italian (C1/C2) & Business English (B2+)

Overview

Are you eager to launch your professional journey in Portugal? We are actively hiring service-oriented individuals who are fluent in Italian to join our international workforce located in Lisbon. As the principal contact for Italian-speaking clients, you will resolve customer inquiries across phone, live chat, and email channels. Key Responsibilities

- Customer Support: Address incoming inquiries in fluent, polished Italian via telephone, email, and live messaging with a polite, professional, empathetic, and helpful tone.
- Problem Solving: Identify customer issues, pinpoint the root causes of difficulties, and provide prompt, customized solutions with absolute patience and efficiency.
- Documentation: Record all case details, account updates, and troubleshooting steps accurately and thoroughly within our central CRM database.
- Performance Targets: Consistently hit essential operational benchmarks, including customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores, First Contact Resolution, and Average Handle Time standards.
- Continuous Learning: Attend regular development programs and training sessions to stay up to date on platform updates, company guidelines, and operational best practices.

Requirements

- Language Skills: Fluent C1/C2-level Italian to ensure flawless client communication,



paired with at least B2-level English proficiency for software usage, internal communication, and training modules.
- Flexibility: Full adaptability to work rotating shift rosters operating across a 24/7 schedule.
- Work Location: Full-time, on-site daily presence required at our modern Lisbon facility.
- Work Eligibility: Valid EU/EEA citizenship, an EU passport, or legal documentation allowing unrestricted employment within Portugal.
- Core Strengths: Excellent active listening capabilities, strong communication talents, emotional intelligence, poise under pressure, and an optimistic, proactive attitude.

Compensation Options

- Option A: Local Contract (For Local Applicants)
- Gross Monthly Pay: €1,262.33 (distributed across 12 months)
- Housing Setup: Self-arranged private accommodation
- Best Suited For: Candidates already living in Lisbon or managing their housing arrangements independently.

- Option B: Relocation Contract (For Candidates Relocating to Lisbon)

- Gross Monthly Pay: €1,059.00 (distributed across 12 months)
- Housing Provided: Private bedroom in a shared company flat with basic utility expenses fully paid.
- Travel Support: Full reimbursement for inbound flight expenses after successful trial period completion, plus organized airport pickup service upon landing in Lisbon.
