For an international company operating in the medical device components and single-use solutions sector, we are looking for a
Sales Manager – Medical OEM Components & Business Development.
Reporting directly to the EU General Manager, the selected candidate will play a key role in driving commercial growth across Italy and international markets, combining the management of existing customers with a strong focus on new business development.
The position offers the opportunity to build strategic relationships with medical device manufacturers and contribute directly to the company's international expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales activities across the assigned territory, managing both existing accounts and new business opportunities.
- Identify, target and develop new OEM customers and strategic accounts within the medical device industry.
- Proactively generate new business, identify market opportunities and expand the customer portfolio.
- Manage commercial negotiations, develop tailored solutions and build long-term customer partnerships.




- Work closely with customers' Engineering, R&D;, Procurement and Supply Chain teams to understand their needs and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop existing accounts by identifying opportunities for cross-selling, new projects and long-term partnerships.
- Support the company's international growth strategy by exploring new markets and expanding relationships with key customers.
- Coordinate and support the day-to-day activities of two international Account Managers.
- Represent the company at international trade shows and industry events.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business administration, or a relevant field and has a minimum of 5 / 7 years of proven experience in the same role.
Experience selling medical components, medical tubing, single-use systems, fluid management solutions or other technical products to medical device manufacturers (OEMs)
