We are seeking a
Sales Support
to join the team at
Girbau Italy
.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the customer phone calls and the general email address
Filter requests regarding spare parts, technical support, potential partnerships, among others
Main contact for the customers, updating latest news, functions and features of Girbau machines
Create and mantain database of potential customers
Organize events in the country and open house events with distributors
Organize platforms training sessions to ensure the Customer Experience
Education & Professional Experience
Educational background in Sales, Marketing, International Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Languages:
Italian, English, and Spanish (required).
