As part of the Finance Department, Controlling Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:Contribute actively to support all departmentsAnalyze the main performances of promotions during the yearDirect participation in the closing and forecasting processesManage the reporting to HQ Post monthly closing analyses for different departments, including comments and alerts if necessary, regarding the deviations versus planned Assist in Monthly Dashboard preparation for the Board of Directorscontribute to spreading the finance culture within the organizationWho we are looking for:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field3-5 years of experience in controlling, financial planning & analysisSolid understanding of financial reportingExperience with forecasting, budgeting,
and variance analysisExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Retail experience is a plus.For new joiners for this role in Italy, the annual gross salary associated with this position is EUR ******This is only the initial annual gross salary granted to this position.
