This is an excellent opportunity to work on one of the fastest-growing sectors in construction, contributing to the successful commercial delivery of a high-profile mission‑critical facility.We welcome applications from both freelance consultants and professionals seeking a fixed-term or permanent contract opportunity.What you'll doSupport the commercial and contractual management of a major data centre construction projectAdminister subcontractor packages from procurement through to final accountReview, assess and agree valuations, applications for payment and variationsMonitor project costs, commitments and forecast expenditurePrepare cost reports and support commercial forecasting activitiesEvaluate change requests and manage compensation eventsAssist with contract administration and commercial correspondenceWork closely with project managers,
