h3Responsibilities / Tasks /h3 ul liDesign and configure homogenizers according to customer specifications and project requirements.
/li liProvide technical support and expertise to internal departments throughout the project lifecycle.
/li liCollaborate with the Sales team by participating in customer meetings and technical discussions.
/li liExecute validation procedures for pharmaceutical homogenizer units, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and customer requirements.
/li liApply and maintain knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and norms related to homogenizer design and manufacturing.
/li liContribute to the continuous improvement of products, processes, and engineering practices.
/li liSupport cross-functional projects and collaborate with colleagues across different departments and Group companies.
/li liPromote a culture of teamwork, innovation, and operational excellence, aligned with LEAN principles.
/li /ul h3Your Profile / Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
/li li0-3 years of professional experience in engineering, design, or technical roles.
/li liGood command of English (minimum B1 level).
/li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
/li liCustomer-oriented mindset with attention to quality and detail.
/li liAbility to work effectively in a collaborative and international environment.
/li liEagerness to learn,
develop technical expertise, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
