Safety & Loss Prevention:Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, emergency action plans, and fire-life-safety procedures.
Surveillance & Systems:Oversee CCTV networks, access control systems, keycard/master key tracking, and alarm systems.
Team Leadership:Hire, train, schedule, and supervise security officers and shift leads.
Incident Response:Lead the response to disturbances, medical emergencies, thefts, or policy violations, and coordinate closely with local law enforcement.
Risk Assessments:Conduct regular facility inspections, vulnerability audits, and safety drills for staff.
