We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing bartender ready to plunge into an overwhelming experience of glamour, entertainment and very strong commitment. The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all bar operations. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement. Le seguenti informazioni devono essere lette attentamente da tutti i candidati.ResponsibilitiesManage all day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements.Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all clients concerns.Lead the bar team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages.Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.Restock,
