Position
We are seeking a Wellness Concierge to join our Spa team for the **** season.
The ideal candidate has a strong passion for luxury hospitality, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and a positive, open-minded attitude.
He/she is determined to provide the highest quality spa services our property has to offer.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and handle overall spa operations such as reservations, spa tours, and inquiries with the support and supervision of the Wellness Manager.




Greet and assist all guests before and after their treatments.
Assist guests with appropriate retail selections and upsell items, promoting The Wellness Sanctuary's services, programs and products.
Promptly answer the telephone and handle guest requests in person and via email in a courteous and professional manner.
Requirements
Professional and courteous.
Kind and empathetic approach.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Office and computer skills and experience with Opera/Fidelio programs preferred.
Strong organizational skills.
Genuine, friendly, service-oriented attitude while maintaining the highest standards according to The Wellness Sanctuary procedures.
Availability to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
Driver's license and car ownership.
