Structural quality, traceability of calculations and consistency between disciplines are central to how the teams deliver.
Project scope
The role covers structural analysis, design and verification of steel and reinforced concrete structures. The engineer contributes to the development of technical solutions and to the preparation of the technical documentation that demonstrates compliance with project requirements and applicable codes and standards.
The position sits within a multidisciplinary engineering team, working in a hybrid pattern and contributing to design reviews, technical discussions and the continuous update of project deliverables. The engineer works alongside more experienced colleagues who review calculations and deliverables, and is expected to grow in autonomy as familiarity with the project and its requirements increases.
Clear written communication matters as much as technical accuracy, since calculations, drawings and design notes are reviewed by colleagues from several disciplines and must be understood without further explanation.
Role overview
Carry out structural analysis, design and verification activities for steel and reinforced concrete structures, contributing to the development of technical solutions and collaborating with the engineering teams involved in the project. The role supports the production of technical documentation and ensures that design solutions remain compliant with technical requirements and applicable standards. This is a hands‑on engineering position for someone with a solid grounding in structural fundamentals who wants to apply them to complex, multidisciplinary projects and keep developing technically.
Key responsibilities
Structural analysis and design
- Support the analysis and design of steel and reinforced concrete structures
- Contribute to structural verifications and the sizing of structural elements
- Support the assessment and development of design solutions
- Collaborate on the preparation and review of structural calculations and deliverables
Technical coordination
- Collaborate with the other engineering disciplines involved in the project
- Support the resolution of technical issues during the design phases
- Ensure consistency between structural solutions and overall project requirements
- Contribute to meeting project timelines and objectives
Documentation and verification
- Prepare and update technical documentation related to structural design activities
- Support compliance checks against applicable codes and technical standards
- Collaborate on technical reviews and the updating of design deliverables
- Maintain clear traceability of assumptions, inputs and design decisions

- Structural analyses and verifications completed and documented for steel and reinforced concrete xysqume elements

Requirements
Education
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or equivalent
Experience
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in structural engineering
- Knowledge of the principles of analysis, design and verification of steel and reinforced concrete structures
Technical skills
- Structural analysis and design
- Familiarity with the sizing and verification of structural elements
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and design deliverables
- Knowledge of the technical codes applicable to structural design
