Overview

As a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer at Arup in Milan, you will support the Infrastructure and Structural teams on diverse international projects. You will plan and supervise ground investigations, ensuring precise data collection and reporting, and contribute to technical analysis and modelling. You will communicate geotechnical design solutions to technical and non-technical audiences. You will engage in geotechnical research with Arup’s global network, fostering learning and collaboration. Responsabilità

- Plan, supervise and report on ground investigations with accurate data collection
- Contribute to technical analysis, modelling and reporting for infrastructure projects




- Communicate design solutions (foundations, retaining structures, underground structures, slopes and earthworks) to diverse audiences
- Engage in geotechnical research with Arup global network and partners
- Support cross-functional teams across national and international projects

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master in Geotechnical Engineering or equivalent
- Plan to acquire membership with Ordine degli Ingegneri
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Finite element analyses skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- High motivation, proactivity and willingness to take on new challenges
- Interest in digital space, 3D modelling, scripting, or GIS (advantage)
