ppTo strengthen the production department, we are looking for a candidate to join as a bSupport Assembly Operator /b, working on mechanical supports used in agricultural, industrial, and lifting machinery.
/ppThe role will be bench-based and will involve assembling support feet, stabilisers, and mechanical components, ensuring precision, reliability, and final product quality in line with company standards.
/ph3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3ulliAssembling and fitting supports and mechanical units at the workbench /liliPreparing components (inspection, positioning, fitting, and fastening) /liliUsing hand tools and bench equipment /liliCarrying out visual and dimensional checks on assembled products /liliSupporting finishing and final assembly activities /liliCollaborating with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards /li /ulh3bRequirements /b /h3ulliGood manual skills and some experience, even limited, in mechanical assembly /liliBasic ability to read mechanical drawings (preferred)
/liliAttention to detail and precision in manual work /liliInterest in the mechanical sector and products for industrial and agricultural machinery /liliTechnical diploma or qualification is a plus but not essential /li /ulh3bSoft Skills /b /h3ulliReliability and sense of responsibility /liliAdaptability and problem-solving skills /li /ulh3bContract Type /b /h3pFixed-term or permanent contract (depending on the candidate's profile) /ph3bCollective Agreement and Salary /b /h3pMetalworking Industry Collective Agreementbr/Indicative salary: approximately €30,000 gross per year, depending on experience /ph3Beyond motion and lifting /h3pSince ****, we have been designing and producing customised mechanical and hydraulic components for industrial machinery and agricultural equipment.
