We are supporting a growing international organisation in the search for an Accountant to join its Finance & Accounting team in Milan.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced accounting professional looking to take ownership of Italian accounting and tax activities within an international environment.

Key responsibilities:

- Oversee and review accounting records and entries
- Manage account reconciliations and accounting close processes
- Support monthly and year-end closing
- Ensure compliance with Italian GAAP and tax regulations
- Prepare and analyse financial information
- Work closely with external accountants, auditors,



banks and internal stakeholders
- Support budgeting, forecasting and process improvements

About you:
- 4+ years' experience in an accounting role
- Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance or Business Economics
- Strong knowledge of Italian accounting and tax regulations

- Advanced Excel and good Microsoft 365 skills
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
