Responsibilities:Client Management:Key Account Manager (KAM) for 1 or a few clientsClient relationship management for more complex or key accountsProject Management:Autonomous management, implementation and coordination of complex research projectsTaking client briefs and writing study proposalsPropose appropriate methodologies and research approachesPrepare estimates for ad hoc studiesNegotiate contracts, or specifications, technically, methodologically and financiallyEnsure that projects meet objectives and are delivered on-time and within budgetEnsure that the project work meets agreed quality standardsReport writing with storytellingPresentation of results, including relevant recommendationsStrategy:Ensuring that ongoing activities and projects adhere to the company's strategic guidelinesRevenue:Ensure targets for the accounts are metShare feedback with managers on client needs and potential revenue risksPeople:Possibility to manage a Research Executive(s) or Panel Leader(s)
