Overview
In this role you will support planning and financial control activities within the Planning & Control Team in Rome. You'll help shape three-year plans, Profit Plans, and local reporting, collaborating with leadership to drive accurate, data-driven decisions. You will work on reports for Function, Area and Business Unit committees and contribute to AI and BI tool deployment in Finance. Responsabilità
Support preparation of three-year plans and monitoring
Assist in financial planning and Profit Plan definition




Prepare detailed reports for committees and management
Assist in analysis of engagements and inventory
Produce monthly reports with variances and KPIs
Support local reporting development
Assist in implementing AI and BI tools in Finance
Requisiti fondamentali
Degree in Economics, Statistics or a related field
Strong interest in technological innovation and digitalisation of processes
Excellent command of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
Good English at upper-intermediate level
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
