What you can expect

- Support the commercial implementation of DKV Mobility’s eMobility strategy in Italy, with a strong focus on @home, @work and depot charging solutions.
- Conduct customer needs analyses together with Sales and translate requirements into suitable technical and commercial solution concepts.
- Act as the main technical point of contact for Sales colleagues, customers and partners in the Italian market and provide support for tenders, proposals and on-site appointments.
- Advise customers on charging infrastructure and DKV eMobility services, including backend integration, DKV Cockpit, DKV Managed Charging, DKV Home Charging, DKV Smart Charging, DKV Maintenance and DKV
- Coordinate sales-relevant sub-projects and implementation handovers in close collaboration with Product Management, Fulfillment, Charge Point Services, service teams and external partners, while monitoring larger customer projects and removing technical or process-related blockers.
- Gather market, customer and competitor insights in Italy and feed them back into product development, go-to-market activities and commercial steering; represent DKV Mobility at customer meetings, trade fairs, partner events and industry congresses.
