Accountability and ObjectivesPlan and execute projects.Support final users in day-by-day activities on SAP Sales & Distribution module and related interfaces.Manage and support activities across multiple platforms (SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce).
Key ResponsibilitiesManage all activities (implementation, maintenance, evolutions) related to the Sales and distribution application in which the Information Systems are involved.Gather functional requirements and manage relations with business users to translate needs into technical solutions.Support the main sales processes: Order, Pricing, Shipping,
and Billing.Coordinate and control external resources.QualificationsTechnical University degree5-8 years or more of experience in comparable roles in well-structured companies or in an IT consulting company is neededWell-based IT infrastructure and software is neededAt least 5 years of experience with SAP Sales & Distribution (SD)Strong knowledge/familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and SalesforceExcellent knowledge of customizing in particular SD areas and base structureKnowledge of supply chain and logistics processes (MM/LE), welcome knowledge of SAP FI, CO, BI/BWLanguages: Fluency in English; further language knowledge is appreciatedExtensive technical knowledge (and an ability to explain technical information to non-technical people)Excellent communications skillsTeam-working and team management experienceA methodical and analytical approachMindset and intrapersonal skillsCapability to deal with complexity in a multinational environment is neededGood listening capability and internal customer focus ("service mentality")Capability to promote teamwork and collaboration among the different functions both at local and Group level is highly recommendedAn attitude to measure performances by KPIs is highly recommendedA pragmatic approach together with a high commitment to respecting working deadlines are highly appreciatedAttitude to continuous learningCurious about our values?
