In this client-facing role, you will serve as a trusted point of contact-from initial booking through post-trip follow-up-ensuring a seamless, personalized, and high-quality experience.This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, service-driven, and passionate about travel, hospitality, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platformsAssist with luxury and leisure travel bookings, including changes, cancellations, and special requestsProvide accurate and timely information regarding destinations, travel requirements,
