management presentations, and approval papersManage project delivery against agreed milestones and ready-for-service datesCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of client requirementsManage escalations, reporting, and performance reviewsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoringMinimum requirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline5+ years' experience xysqume in customer success, account management, client management, or a similar customer-facing roleExperience within data centres, infrastructure, construction, engineering, or project-driven environments is advantageousStrong stakeholder management and project coordination skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesFluent English required; Italian and/or French language skills would be beneficial#J-18808-Ljbffr
