Taks & Responsibilities
- Train and Inspire Retail Partners: Deliver impactful training sessions (in-store and online) to field and key account retailers and DTC, educating staff on new technologies,
product features, and effective sales techniques to boost sell-through and brand advocacy.
- Plan and Execute Store Visits: Develop and maintain a structured schedule for retail visits, ensuring consistent follow-ups and delivering weekly activity reports to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate Product Testing and Events: Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to organize test events and product experiences. Oversee logistics, material distribution, consumer interaction, product testing, and post-event follow-ups.
- Manage Product Test Inventory: Handle the distribution and tracking of test products for both B2B (retailers, media, partners) and DTC (end consumers), ensuring timely feedback collection and proper usage.
- Drive Sell-Through at Retail Level: Maintain an active presence in key retail locations, supporting sell-through with hands-on sales assistance and product expertise, with focus on
