Se sì, e se è convinto/a che questo sia il ruolo giusto per lei, si candidi il prima possibile.With a team of more than 400 professionals and four locations across Italy (Turin, Milan, Bergamo, and Catania), our Group – made up of COL Giovanni Paolo, IME GROUP (IMEQUADRI and IMEMONT), and Teamware – develops advanced solutions for medium and high-voltage power transmission and distribution infrastructures.We are at the forefront of the energy transition, continuously investing in research and development and strongly believing in talent as the driving force of change.If you’re looking for a dynamic, fast-growing, and future-oriented company with solid roots, join COL GROUP – where your contribution truly makes a difference.The successful candidate will join the Proposal Department and will be responsible for preparing and developing technical and commercial proposals for tenders and energy projects, with a particular focus on High Voltage electrical systems for both domestic and international clients.This is a strategic pre-award role requiring the ability to evaluate costs, technical solutions, and project risks while contributing to the competitiveness and financial sustainability of project proposals., and deadlines.ResponsabilitiesAnalyze tender documents, technical specifications, and customer requirementsDefine the technical scope of the proposalPrepare bills of quantities, cost estimates, and pricing analysesDevelop complete technical and commercial proposals, including materials, labor, engineering, and commissioningEvaluate project costs and profitabilityLiaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and compare proposalsAssess technical and commercial risks associated with projectsPrepare technical, commercial,
