The Transformation Office Senior Analyst is a core contributor to the Transmission Transformation Office and acts as a key execution and analytical engine behind strategic and operational transformation initiatives. The role bridges strategy and execution, supporting leadership decisions on growth, capital allocation, industrial footprint, and operational excellence. This position requires strong business acumen, the ability to work across functions, and the credibility to engage with senior stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and structure strategic assessments supporting Transformation business casesDrive M&A;‑related analyses, including target screening, synergy assessment, and integration supportLead make‑or‑buy evaluations and cost‑agevolazioni analyses in close collaboration with Operations, Installation, Engineering, and FinanceContribute to BU‑wide CapEx prioritization by assessing strategic fit, financial returns, and risk profile of investment proposalsCoordinate and facilitate cross‑functional workshops, steering discussions toward fact‑based decisions and alignmentDefine, monitor, and analyze KPIs linked to transformation initiatives, identifying improvement levers and performance gapsPrepare clear, concise, and impactful executive‑level presentations and decision materials for senior managementYou are the right fit if you have:5–8 years of professional experience in operations,
