Makeup Formulation Engineer – Romanengo (CR)
RESPONSIBILITIES:

-

- Developing new formulations that meet marketing and/or client briefs (Powder, Foundation, Concealer, Mascara, etc.).

- Improving existing formulas.

- Developing new shades.

- Monitoring physico-chemical controls and packaging compatibility.





- Conducting technological watch and trend analysis.

- Assisting with industrial transposition.

- Contributing to daily laboratory operations.

- Participating in supplier meetings and industry trade shows.

Profile

-

- Minimum Master’s degree (Bac +5), ideally in cosmetic formulation.

- Proven Experience In Cosmetic Formulation Is Essential.

- Curious, autonomous, and creative, with a passion for innovation and emerging beauty trends.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

- Fluent in English and Italian.

- Availability for occasional international travel (trade fairs, supplier meetings, etc.).
