That’s because we never lose sight of what healthcare really needs—the human touch.Job DescriptionAs an Operations Specialist in the HealthCare Financial Services team (HFS), you will:Manage financed deals : document preparation and collationBook and fund new businessPortfolio Management : Customer service and collectionsInvestor Liaison : ensure high service standards with our 3rd party banksKey interface : work closely with our Commercial, Risk, Finance and Asset Management functions Essential ResponsibilitiesStrong participation in the maintenance of existing and development and documentation of new Operations standard operating procedures (SOP’s)Build and maintain a strong knowledge of the core HFS leasing products and ancillary servicesWork alongside Commercial support and Risk to ensure optimal deal stage visibility, processing and cash to GE HealthCareBook and Fund – contractual document review and follow up,
raising funding requests and manual bookings as necessaryIn life customer management including resolving customer requests and queries, contract maintenance and amendments, early termination quotesEnd of term processing of contract renewals and terminationsManagement of insurance and claims procedures with end users and GE appointed brokersClose liaison with GE HealthCare to ensure smooth reconciliation process for cash and service and maintenanceAdminister the sale of transactions to chosen HFS syndication partners and responsibility for the ongoing administration of these salesProvide regular reporting to local and European team on key defined Ops CTQ’s and portfolio needsDelivery within agreed partner service level agreementsYour ProfileAble to develop trusting relationships with external and internal clientsSelf-driven, positive, able to plan, priorities and focused on service delivery / executionProven experience working inclusively within teams and across functionsGood problem solving skills and ability to think through complex issues clearlyundefinedDesired Characteristics that can also be trained “on-the-job” are:Previous leasing and Operations experience desirableKnowledge of the Healthcare market and Industrial FinanceQualificationsMasters DegreeStrong English language skillsFor Italy based positions,Annual Salary Range:
