PosizioneThe successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with existing customers and partners, and contributing to the company's growth strategy in international markets with a specific focus on the Industrial, Off-Highway, Marine, and Special Applications sectors. The role will involve close collaboration with internal technical and commercial functions to develop tailored solutions and support the expansion of the business.
Main tasks:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets and customer segments;
- Manage and develop relationships with existing and prospective customers, partners, and key stakeholders;
- Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, customer needs, and emerging business opportunities;
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company objectives;
- Lead commercial discussions and support the negotiation of contracts and commercial agreements;
- Coordinate with Engineering, R&D;, Product Management, Operations, Purchasing, and other relevant functions to develop customer-specific solutions;
- Prepare business cases, commercial proposals, presentations, and management reports;
- Monitor sales pipeline, business opportunities, and commercial performance, ensuring appropriate follow-up actions;
- Support the identification of new applications, markets, and strategic partnerships for the company's products and technologies;
- Participate in industry events, trade fairs, and customer meetings to strength
