JOB PURPOSE:
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for delivering high-quality, end-to-end recruitment across designated European markets and functions. The role acts as a trusted partner to Business HR teams and Hiring Managers, combining proactive sourcing, market insight, assessment expertise and strong candidate care to help Beko Europe attract and hire the talent needed for current and future business priorities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment Delivery
Manage end-to-end recruitment activity across defined European portfolio.
Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring requirements and recruitment strategies.
Conduct sourcing, screening, assessment and interview coordination activities.
Manage recruitment processes through SuccessFactors and recruitment platforms.
Ensure all vacancies are managed in line with agreed service levels and governance processes.
Provide regular recruitment updates and market insights to stakeholders.
Experience managing multiple concurrent vacancies and prioritising activity against changing business demands.
Sourcing & Talent Attraction
Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media and talent communities.
Support internal talent mobility and succession planning initiatives.
