Duties and Responsibilities
As Senior Human Resources Manager, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation and continuous development of the Human Resources department,
working closely with the Cluster Director of Human Resources – Italy & Ibiza and the General Manager to deliver the property's people strategy.
Lead the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring compliance with Six Senses standards, company policies and applicable Italian employment legislation.
Support the development and implementation of the property's Human Resources strategy, including manpower planning, recruitment, payroll and benefits budgeting, training, Host engagement and retention.
Partner with Department Heads and ExCom to anticipate staffing needs, strengthen workforce planning and ensure the timely recruitment of talent aligned with Six Senses values and service standards.
Drive recruitment and employer branding initiatives to attract, select and retain the right talent, while promoting internal mobility and career development opportunities.
