About The Job
To reach our ambitious targets and guarantee the highest quality in our markets,
we are currently looking for a Customer Quality Engineer who will be in charge of managing some customers with the objective to reduce the percentage of defectiveness of our products and non-quality costs.
This role is based in Fabriano (AN), Italy and reports to the Head of Quality Hoods.
Your tasks

- Ensure customer expectations and contractual Quality requirements are met, checking their application in all the Project phases;
- Ensure the continuous improvement processes, promoting changes aimed at increasing effectiveness and efficiency;
- Ensure proper interface management with Customers for Quality aspects;
- Contribute to measure customer satisfaction by interfacing the clients on specific projects if needed;
- Ensure the execution of audits (internal and external) on Projects;
- Ensure proper improvement action plans as per Customer Satisfaction results;
