Golden Goose is seeking a passionate HR Controller to join our HR Planning & Control team in Marghera (VE).

The role blends finance and HR analytics to monitor costs, support monthly closings, and drive improvements across the organization.
You will partner with HR and Finance, perform workforce analytics, build business cases, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting for all HR-related xbvzest costs.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in HR Controlling or FP&A;, a relevant degree, and strong Excel
