About The Role
What if your voice could directly shape how AI speaks to millions of Italian speakers around the world? We're looking for experienced Italian-speaking voice actors to record professional-grade audio and evaluate AI-generated speech — helping the world's leading AI systems sound genuinely human.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for working voice professionals. No AI background needed — just exceptional Italian vocal delivery and a professional recording setup. And no, this does not involve voice cloning of any kind.

What You'll Do
• Record high-quality Italian voice performances using a large diaphragm microphone (LDM), following provided scripts and creative prompts
• Evaluate AI-generated Italian speech for naturalness, pronunciation accuracy, emotional expression, and overall quality
• Provide detailed, actionable feedback to help improve synthesized voice outputs
• Review and suggest script adjustments to enhance clarity and ensure authentic, natural-sounding delivery
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
• Experienced voice actor, narrator, audiobook reader, or voice-over professional
• Native or near-native fluency in Italian with a strong command of natural spoken delivery
• Owner of a professional-grade microphone and access to a quiet, acoustically controlled recording environment
• Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances across a range of styles and tones
• Sharp ear for nuance — you notice subtle differences in rhythm, intonation, and pronunciation
• Detail-oriented when evaluating voice quality and providing structured feedback
Nice to Have
• Experience across multiple Italian regional accents or vocal styles
• Background in audiobook narration, commercial voice-over
