Programme StructureMonths 1–4 | Discover the Business & Master the Foundations:You’ll begin by immersing yourself in the engine of UNIQLO: our stores. Your learning will happen directly on the shop floor rather than in an office setting. This is where you’ll build a deep understanding of our customers, our products, and what makes our operations world-class.
