Your Tasks
- Act as a business partner for various departments by providing financial analyses and insights to support decision-making.
- Support and contribute to the New Product Development (NPD) process, including business case evaluations and financial assessments.
- Analyze financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and cost transparency across the group.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of controlling data and documentation across the group.
- Drive the standardization, harmonization, and automation of controlling processes, reports, and tools to improve efficiency and data quality at group level.




- Participate in cross-functional and cross-country controlling expert teams, contributing to continuous improvement and the implementation of best practices across the organisation.

Your Profile
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a comparable field
- 2-3 years of professional experience in controlling
- Strong analytical skills, a structured working style and a hands‑on, business‑oriented mindset
- Confident communicator with the ability to act as a trusted business partner
- Very good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
- Global Mindset: Working in an international environment
- Nature meets Design: Working in the midst of greenery in a highly modern and sustainable workplace
