The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the boutique. They contribute to sales development, team leadership and compliance with the Maison’s retail procedures.



In the absence of the Store Manager, they ensure business continuity.

Responsibilities and Duties

Sales Development
- Maintaining an active presence on the shop floor and actively contributing to sales growth and client database development
- Welcoming, advising and building loyalty with a discerning clientele
- Representing the Astier de Villatte brand image and upholding the Maison’s standards
- Assisting with customer disputes and specific payment transactions
- Ensuring the quality of the sales approach and the effective sharing of product knowledge
- Proactively suggesting ways to improve the customer experience and the boutique’s commercial performance

Customer Experience
- Welcoming and assisting every customer with care and a personalised approach
- Tailoring recommendations to each customer’s needs and expectations
- Contributing to customer loyalty and the development of long-term client
