Role Description The International Key Account and Partner Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with key accounts and distribution partners across international markets. This role includes identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer and partner satisfaction with Blaxtair® solutions.
The manager will coordinate commercial activities, prepare and deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and support partners with product knowledge and sales tools. Day-to-day responsibilities involve monitoring account performance, forecasting sales, collaborating with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical support), and providing feedback to improve offerings and market positioning. The role also requires regular communication with international stakeholders and occasional travel for meetings, training, and industry events.
Qualifications
• Experience in international key account management, partner management, or channel sales, ideally in industrial safety, machinery, or technology sectors.
• Strong skills in business development, relationship management, and contract negotiation with corporate and distribution partners.
• Ability to analyze market trends, build sales forecast
