The role leads front desk operations, checks in guests, handles requests and phone calls, and ensures exceptional service across the guest journey.

Requirements include at least 2 years in front desk or related roles, strong communication, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, MS Office and hotel management software knowledge, and a bachelor’s degree in hospitality (preferred). xjncmbx
