Position Location Job Responsability Preparation of sales materials
Presentation of the Collections
Managing the sales process, from welcoming customers to closing the order
Entering customer orders and using management software
Collecting post-sale feedback, handling any issues, and identifying business opportunities
Requirements Experience as a Sales Associate at a showroom, preferably for luxury menswear brands
Strong aptitude for sales activities
Good relational and selling skills
Proactivity and results orientation
Excellent knowledge of English. Other languages are a plus (Spanish/German/French/Russian)
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, as well as familiarity with digital tools
Precision and accuracy in entering orders into the system
