Join Manpowergroup as: - CONSULTANT SENIOR JEFFERSON WELLS Within the Jefferson Wells Vertical Engineering division, you will be responsible for the commercial development of the Business, building and strengthening strategic relationships with Senior and Top Managers. You will independently manage the entire search and selection process,



expanding your professional network and applying advanced headhunting methodologies to attract and retain a pool of qualified candidates. You will become a reference partner for client companies, understanding their needs and offering targeted solutions thanks to your in-depth knowledge of the sector and market trends. What you will concretely do:
- Conduct market analyses to identify new business opportunities, monitor competitor strategies, and optimize the positioning of the Vertical Engineering.
- Plan and manage commercial activities through targeted marketing mix strategies and promotion of diversified services, organizing periodic meetings and developing strategic contacts with active, inactive, and prospective clients, in line with assigned KPIs.
- Develop and consolidate the network of contacts with high-level professionals, building lasting partnership relationships with both Candidates and Clients, providing targeted consultancy and supporting stakeholders in achievin
