ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Assist with enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the close process and the assurance of effective controls; Prepare or review monthly journal entries inclusive of supporting documentation and appropriate descriptions. Research and resolve accounting general ledger issues; Reconcile balance sheet accounts, develop and maintain detailed support schedules ensuring that all costs and revenues match with budget; Work closely with Finance Director and Operation team to ensure timely and accurate posting to the general ledger. Track and maintain general ledger via coordination with accounts payable and CAPEX management approvals; Oversee daily
