Purpose of the position:
As Senior Project Contract Manager, you will report to the Head of Contract Management and be part of the Commercial & Contract Management Function. In this role, you will provide strategic contractual leadership on major international opportunities and projects,



supporting senior management in commercial decision-making and ensuring the effective management of contractual and commercial risks throughout the tendering and project execution phases. How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:
- Define and implement contractual strategies for major tenders, projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk management principles.
- Lead complex contractual and commercial negotiations with Clients, Joint Venture and Consortium Partners, and key Suppliers during both bidding and execution phases.
- Advise senior management on significant contractual matters, commercial opportunities and risk mitigation strategies.
- Support claims management, dispute resolution activities and strategic contractual decisions during project execution, safeguarding company interests.
- Promote contractual best practices across the organization, mentoring Contract Management personnel and contributing to the development of contractual competencies.
