Job Purpose

Take care of the day-to-day processes with the customer in order to achieve the highest possible levels of service to maintain our quality accreditations and maximize customer satisfaction.

Responsibilites and Tasks
- Order administration: in order to ensure correct and timely deliveries to the customer and to ensure correct pricing:
- Order entry, rescheduling and expediting via internal system
- Ensure correct placing of purchase orders
- Adjust and improve purchase orders (change, improvement, escalation)
- Monitor and control reservation controlled items (CBM, Ceiling, etc.)
- Keep Customer Cross Reference files up-to-date in line with agreed contracts and quotations:
- Invoicing, credit/debit- and selfbill handling: ensure a timely
