Our client is a leading employment law firm and we seek a Lawyer to Join their growing team of legal professionals. They advise a diverse client base on the full spectrum of workplace matters — from compliance and contracts to complex litigation.
We're looking for a driven and experienced Employment Lawyer who can hit the ground running, bring strategic insight, and offer practical solutions to both employers and employees. 3 yrs + admitted to the bar
What You'll Do:
Advise clients on employment contracts, terminations, workplace disputes, and regulatory compliance
Represent clients in tribunals and court proceedings
Conduct workplace investigations and provide training sessions
Draft and review employment documentation and policies
Work collaboratively within a dynamic legal team
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Lawyer with 3+ years PQE in employment law
Strong track record in contentious and non-contentious employment matters
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commercial awareness and practical problem-solving approach
