Overview In this role you will ensure the reliability and availability of site equipment and facilities within a strategic start-up logistics operation. You will work closely with Operations, Engineering, and HSE to drive maintenance excellence and minimize downtime. The position offers hands-on responsibility on the shop floor and a clear path to influence start-up maintenance processes. You will shape site performance through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
Responsabilità
Ensure reliability, efficiency, and availability of site equipment, facilities, and infrastructure Coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities Manage external contractors and service providers ensuring SLAs and safety standards Support maintenance of material handling systems, utilities, HVAC, electrical and mechanical equipment, and fire protection systems Troubleshoot technical issues and drive rapid resolution to minimize downtime Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, HSE,
and stakeholders for seamless site performance Support implementation of maintenance processes during the start-up phase Monitor maintenance KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, contribute to continuous improvement Ensure compliance with regulations, safety requirements, and technical inspections
Requisiti fondamentali
Technical Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines 3-5 years of experience in Maintenance, Facility Management, Technical Services, or Engineering in logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or similar environments Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and building systems Experience managing contractors and maintenance service providers Proven problem-solving skills in fast-paced operations English fluent hands-on approach problem-solving cross-functional collaboration electrical systems mechanical systems HVAC
