Today, we operate across international markets with a strong focus on wind, solar, and energy storage (BESS)—delivering impactful, sustainable solutions.Our impact in numbers:2,840+ wind turbines installed7.1 GW installed capacity38.5 GW wind & 8.0 GW PV pipeline1,400 colleagues across 32 countriesYour mission:As Senior Project Manager – Electrical Engineering, you will lead the development and execution of grid connection infrastructure for renewable energy projects—playing a key role across the entire project lifecycle.You will preferably be based in our Bari office, with the option to work from Rome, within a hybrid model.What you’ll do:Lead the implementation of grid connections from feasibility to construction and final handover; Manage technical negotiations with grid operators, ensuring full regulatory compliance; Act as the reference point for electrical infrastructure (substations, cable routes,
