Become Octocom's first Account Executive dedicated to Italy and expand a market where we already serve customers. Location: Remote, anywhere

Octocom builds AI agents for support and sales for consumer businesses. Our agents handle conversations independently across chat, email, and phone, from order tracking and returns to product guidance and order changes. Businesses get faster responses, lower support costs, and more sales.
Our AI has already handled hundreds of millions of customer conversations. Now we're putting a dedicated Account Executive on the ground to grow our presence across consumer businesses, with e-commerce as a key segment. You'll be the first person focused on the Italian market, with real ownership over how we win there.
You won't start from zero. You'll bring years of Octocom sales playbooks, a proven product,



and direct support from the founders, then adapt them to Italian buyers.
Find high-potential Italian consumer businesses, with e-commerce as a key segment. Start conversations and create qualified opportunities.
Discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
Win long-term customers. Turn opportunities into accounts that stay and grow.
Build local partnerships. Agencies, technology partners, e-commerce platforms, and other channels that accelerate growth.
Stay close to customers. Support early onboarding and bring market feedback straight into product and strategy.
Shape the Italian approach. Adapt our playbook to local segments, messaging, and channels, then scale what works.
We want someone who works hard, has big ambitions, and is excited to build something meaningful. Fluent or native-level Italian, and strong English.
Experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, partnership
