Our products guarantee high performance, are energy efficient and environmentally sustainable. ### Position The selected candidate will join the team responsible for the **electrical design** of electric panels for applications in the HVAC and Refrigeration markets. The role involves contributing across the **entire product lifecycle** within a highly cross-functional environment, with the aim of developing solutions that meet customer needs while ensuring quality, reliability, and manufacturability. **Specifically, the candidate will be responsible for:** * **collecting** and **analyzing customer technical requirements**, contributing to the definition of project specifications; * **developing** the **electrical design** of products, ensuring alignment with the required technical, quality and application standards; * **supporting** the **commercial team during** the **quotation phase** by providing the technical input needed to define the offer; * **collaborating** with the **internal departments** involved in development and manufacturing,
helping to ensure smooth project execution; * following the product through **industrialization** and production phases, monitoring progress through to final delivery; * contributing to the **resolution** of any **technical issues** arising during the process, working closely with the various stakeholders involved. ### Requirements * Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent educational background * 5–7 years of experience in a similar role. * Good english * Proactivity, comunication skills, teamworking * _Knowledge of EPLAN is considered a plus_ * Share the **Values of Calre Culture Code!** ### Other information **What we offer** * **Work-life balance**: remote working and flexitime * **On-boarding program** and **continuing training** * **Company welfare**: company canteen, life insurance, welfare platform, company premio, contributions to school expenses * **Carel BoostCamp**, a three-year training course for new hires under the age of 30, aimed at developing transversal skills, such as project management, cross cultural communication and problem solving _CAREL applies the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement "Metalmeccanica Industria"._ _The reference gross annual fixed salary (RAL) range for this position is between €35,000 and €45,000._ _The overall compensation package will also include:_ * _Company performance bonus (Premio di Risultato),
linked to collective results and subject to applicable favorable tax regulations;_ * _Additional welfare and benefit programs provided by the company._ _The actual compensation offered will be determined on gender-neutral criteria based on the candidate's qualifications, professional experience, seniority and skills.
