Our products guarantee high performance, are energy efficient and environmentally sustainable. ### Position The selected candidate will join the **Supplier Quality team** and will be responsible for ensuring and continuously improving the quality performance of assigned suppliers. Working in close collaboration with Procurement, R&D; and the Quality team, the role involves supporting supplier qualification, monitoring manufacturing processes and promoting corrective and improvement actions throughout the supply chain. **Specifically, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For** * supporting the qualification and onboarding of new suppliers through process and system audits; * monitoring supplier quality performance through KPI analysis, periodic audits and the definition of improvement plans; * managing supplier non-conformities and leading corrective actions by applying structured problem-solving methodologies, such as 8D; * overseeing the supplier PPAP process and validating the manufacturing processes used for components subject to approval; * collaborating with Procurement and R&D; during product development, supporting supplier selection and evaluating the related manufacturing processes; * assessing supplier changes involving processes, materials,
tooling and manufacturing sites; * developing and coordinating continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality of purchased components and products; * promoting a strong quality culture across the supply chain and ensuring effective cross-functional coordination with the stakeholders involved. ### Requirements * solid knowledge of supplier quality management, supplier development and auditing processes; * knowledge of structured problem-solving methodologies, including 8D and root-cause analysis; * knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan and quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949; * good understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial technologies; * good command of Excel and data analysis tools, with the ability to interpret quality KPIs; * strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills, combined with a quality- and results-oriented approach; * proactive and autonomous working approach, combined with flexibility, adaptability and the ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams, promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. ### Other information **What we offer** * **Work-life balance**: remote working and flexitime * **On-boarding program** and **continuing training** * **Company** **welfare**: company canteen, life insurance, welfare platform, company bonus, contributions to school expenses * **Carel BoostCamp**, a three-year training course for new hires under the age of 30, aimed at developing transversal skills, such as project management, cross cultural communication and problem solving *CAREL applies the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement "Metalmeccanica Industria".* *The reference gross annual fixed salary (RAL)
range for this position is between €40,000 and €50,000.* *The overall compensation package will also include:* * *Individual performance bonus (MBO);* * *Company performance bonus (Premio di Risultato), linked to collective results and subject to applicable favorable tax regulations;* * *Additional welfare and vantaggi programs provided by the company.* *The actual compensation offered will be determined on gender-neutral criteria based on the candidate's qualifications, professional experience, seniority and skills.
