Banca Credifarma, part of the Banca Ifis Group, specializes in the world of pharmacies, with a mission focused on the development and growth of the sector. We make customer relationships and strong specialization in the financial needs of the pharmacy world the distinctive elements of our banking identity. We are looking for an enterprising Sales Manager for the Ancona branch to whom we will entrust the client portfolio for the Marche area. By joining our team, you will become the Bank's point of reference for commercial development in the territory and for managing client relationships, in constant contact with the Sales Support, the Credit office, and the Commercial Area Manager. Specifically, you will have the opportunity to: * Promote Banca Credifarma's commercial development aimed at offering products and providing financing services to pharmacies; * Consolidate relationships with acquired clients and local stakeholders (trade associations, professional firms, suppliers, etc.) also through market analysis; * Provide assistance to clients in the initial phase of operations with the Bank, communicate new credit facilities, and ensure the contractual completion of the relationship.
You are the person we are looking for if you possess the following requirements: * Degree in Economics, Law, or similar fields of study; * At least two years of experience in commercial roles in the banking and/or financial sector; * Basic knowledge of accounting and balance sheets; * Excellent knowledge of the Office Package, especially Excel. If excellent interpersonal skills, a strong propensity for negotiation, and a pronounced results orientation are your distinctive characteristics, apply now! We require availability for travel throughout the national territory. Your employment in the company is foreseen with an open-ended contract and application of the National Collective Labor Agreement for Credit. For this position, an annual gross salary (RAL) starting from €38,000 is expected, determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, such as your experience and skills.
